Counsel for the EFCC, Mr. Oyedepo Rotimi has dropped charges of alleged fraud in the fuel subsidy payments scam against Durosola Omogbenigun and Peter Mba and their respective companies– Integrated Resources Limited and Pinnacle Oil and Gas.
